• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
• Once we receive the item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

How to start a return

Email contact@kivanoo.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us — we'll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.
